Privacy Policy
The Kentucky Shoe Travelers Association collects mailing addresses,
phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information about retailers
in the shoe and accessory business. This information is
provided by the retailers when they register at the market or through
this web site, by phone, or by e-mail. Occasionally a member of KSTA
will provide the information about a new store so that we can keep them
informed about future markets.
ATTENDANCE LIST
Near the end of each market, KSTA prints a list of stores and people
that attended that market. This list is distributed to the
exhibitors at that market. This list may also be provided to
new exhibitors at future markets.
POSTAL MAILING LIST
KSTA maintains a database of stores in order to send one or more
announcements about future markets. We DO sell mailing labels
from this database to any exhibitors so they can announce their
attendance at the market. We also reserve the right to sell
or give the list to charitable organizations to promote their
activities when related to the shoe and accessory business.
The labels contain the store name and address. This
is considered public information since this information should be
available in the phone book.
E-MAIL LIST
We DO NOT sell or give away our list of store/personal e-mail
addresses. We reserve the right to provide members of
KSTA with an individual e-mail address (upon request and with
justification) when we feel that it is appropriate
and in your best interest.
